-JOB SUMMARY:
The Head of Sales is expected to contribute to the sale of all the Company’s investment products, particularly structured products, to both individual and corporate investors within the northern region
- He/She would also be charged with the responsibility of generating new business ideas and devising strategies for attracting and maintaining new and existing clients
- The Head would be Responsible for driving sales and supervising the operations within the designated region

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Initiating new business by:
Marketing and Sales of investment products to prospective investors

o Sending proposals to prospective clients
-
o Following up with clients to establish dates/times for meetings/presentations
-
o Meeting with prospective clients and selling the company’s investment products, to ensure that
targets for the region are met
-
o Establishing a network of referrals
o Ensuring that Company policy and guidelines are strictly adhered to
-
o Providing feedback to assist in strategic decision-making
-
o Ensuring implementation of marketing strategies within States and Regions
o Responding to all subscription enquiries and requests on all electronic platforms
Generating Marketing and Sales reports:
o Producing Weekly Marketing and Sales reports, including Performance review reports

o Preparing Call Memos

o Providing feedback from marketing Presentations
o Provide continuous marketing feedback on prospects and further steps to take

o Provide continuous feedback on client requests/complaints
-
o Providing timely information to the Middle and Back offices, to ensure clients’ requests are treated timely and efficiently

o Providing competition watch feedback

o Organize quarterly investors forum
-
Maintaining relationships with clients:
o Providing clients with up-to-date information on their investments
-
o Attending to clients’ enquiries, issues, and complaints
-
o Provide effective supervisory support to the Relationship Officers/Support Officers and ensure that team-assigned goals are met

o Degree holder in Economics, Business or Finance related fields

o 6-8 years experience in selling investment products, particularly AUM, with
evidence of successes recorded
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills
o Excellent use of MS Office Applications, and other Technology based tools
o Knowledge of the terrain
