  • -JOB OBJECTIVE To create and implement strategies to ensure that the sales goals of Asset Management Subsidiary, specifically, Mutual Funds are achieved
  • - The job description of this position includes developing an effective strategy for sales
  • - To be responsible for leading and guiding a team of salespeople in the Asset Management Subsidiary
  • - To set sales goals & quotas, build a sales plan, analyse data, assign sales training and sales territories, and mentor the members of his/her sales team

Job Requirement

we are looking for a candidate who fulfill these requirements

  • -EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION  A Bachelor’s degree in business and at least 8 years of experience managing a direct sales force
  • - A Master’s degree will be an added advantage
  • - EXPERIENCE  At least 8 years of experience managing a direct sales force, with a proven track record of achieving sales plans
  • -  A solid understanding of the fund management industry in Nigeria; including trends, technologies, investment products & services, and players
  • -  Ability to effectively present information and negotiate with all levels of management
  • -  Ability to travel nationwide, as required
