  • -- The Sales Manager will be responsible for the development and oversees the implementation of the sales channel development strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • - - Plan and implement customer retention strategies to ensure consistent sales volume and profitability margin
  • - - Plan and forecast the sales budget, and implement it as approved by management
  • - - Participate in recruitment and training the sales force to deliver on company objectives
  • - - Manage sales management and financial information reporting
  • - - Responsible for identifying and appointing a specified number of Key Distributors and ensuring they meet company goals
  • - - Prepare clear, concise, and actionable joint business plans for each distributor
  • - - Acts as a business advisor to the Key Distributors using best practices and search and spin as a basic business development strategy
  • - - Build and develop Distributors' financial strength through sound fiscal policy
  • - - Assist in the development of marketing strategies and the design of sales promotions to generate sales revenues

Job Requirement

we are looking for a candidate who fulfill these requirements

  • -The ideal candidate should be a graduate in any discipline, Minimum of 15 years experience in Sales and Distribution preferably in FMCG, Must be proficient in the use of MS Office suites, Must presently be a Sales Manager or equivalent position
