• -Our client a top financial organization is looking to hire a Business Development manager who will be responsible for coordinating wholesale and retail loans
• - A part of the job is to develop loan programs, implement sales strategies, and align staff duties with business goals
• - The candidate will be responsible for sales, administration, staff supervision and the overall loan operations management for your team
• - - Carry out business development activities, such as managing the pipeline by generating leads and referral business and keeping in touch with current and previous clients
• - - Meet and speak with clients to discuss risks and advantages, loan product terms, and governmental laws
• - - To determine a recommendation for loan acceptance, gather pertinent information and assess the applicants' financial situation, including their credit history, debt-to-income ratio, and appraisal reports
• - - Reach the loan products goals by selling loan products
• - - Make sure the loan underwriting department receives all required materials and that they are properly recorded in electronic file format
• - - Keep up-to-date with all relevant lending laws, the economy, market rates, vendors, and rivals
• - - Consistently providing top-notch customer service
