Designation: Head of Sales - Mineral Technologies
Location: Lagos Mainland
Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in sales of Asphalt Plants Crushers and Quarry Equipment
Educational Background: Degree/Master in Engineering
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Engineering or related field
At least 5 years of experience in sales of heavy equipment, specifically pavers, compactors, crushers, or similar equipment from manufacturers such as WIRTGEN GROUP, INGERSOLL RAND COMPRESSOR, everdigm, Fiori, or similar manufacturers
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of heavy equipment and machinery, specifically in the areas of pavers, compactors, and crushers
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel as required
Must have a client list already
Must have worked in any of the equipment manufacturing companies in Nigeria

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including expanding the customer base and increasing sales to existing customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of the equipment
Provide technical support and expertise to customers, including answering questions and providing advice on the best equipment for their needs
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers, negotiating terms and pricing as necessary
Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and success
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
