-Leading sales activities, monitoring performance and addressing challenges to achieve set targets

Recruiting, Leading and motivating sales agents to improve customer service with clients and achieve targets

Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets

Establish sales partnerships across 36 states nationwide
Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty

Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives

Preparing detailed and accurate sales reports

Working with customers to better understand their business needs and goals
Providing regular reports on customer feedback to support product development

Assessing costs, competition, and supply and demand; and providing data to support product
pricing

Establishing and executing sales training program for agents
Meeting with the Sales Lead to assess sales performance

Job Requirement
we are looking for a candidate who fulfill these requirements
-BSC in related professional qualifications

The Preferred candidate must have a minimum of 2 years in experience in sales

Good communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office Programs, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
