Description

  • -Leading sales activities, monitoring performance and addressing challenges to achieve set targets
  • - Recruiting, Leading and motivating sales agents to improve customer service with clients and achieve targets
  • - Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets
  • - Establish sales partnerships across 36 states nationwide Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty
  • - Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives
  • - Preparing detailed and accurate sales reports
  • - Working with customers to better understand their business needs and goals Providing regular reports on customer feedback to support product development
  • - Assessing costs, competition, and supply and demand; and providing data to support product pricing
  • - Establishing and executing sales training program for agents Meeting with the Sales Lead to assess sales performance

Job Requirement

we are looking for a candidate who fulfill these requirements

  • -BSC in related professional qualifications
  • - The Preferred candidate must have a minimum of 2 years in experience in sales
  • - Good communication skills Knowledge of MS Office Programs, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
