The position
The SME Relationship Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic customer relationships
to scale up our loan origination for SMEs

Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales expectations specifically for the SME loan variants at Renmoney
- Drive the initiatives to grow SME portfolio as well as customer acquisition and profitability
- Support the business to formulate and implement an SME proposition and product development strategy,
establishing a core suite of propositions and products for identified segments
- Evaluate features, profitability, and positioning of products and ensure each maximizes customer take-up
and commercial reward for the bank
Requirements
- Required: 3 years of sales and business development experience in banking or fintech companies
- Preferred: experience delivering on targets, reporting and presentation skills
