Job Objective
- Responsible for developing strategies to build awareness and adoption of Electronic products

Duties & Responsibilities
- Developing go-to-market strategy and execution for Online banking, Mobile Payments and Mobile Banking solutions for the Bank’s retail customers
- Recognizing and providing the sales team with the necessary expertise to sell the product in the regions
- Drive adoption, migration and support for Retail and corporate Solutions – PoS terminals, Payroll/Payment and Collections, PayGate, corporate Online Banking, Online Banking, Instant Banking and Cards Products
- Partaking in the design of customer issues resolution process and follow-up with relevant stakeholders to ensure all customer issues are resolved
- Carrying out needs analysis to identify customers’ service needs and ensure implementation to achieve improved user experience
- Continually re-assess the ease of use and effectiveness of electronic service solutions and make recommendations that will enhance efficiencies, and improve the overall customer experience
- Monitoring of transaction trends to identify when transactions volume and counts are on the decrease and to take actions accordingly
- Responsible for adopting various means to improve product awareness, capacity building and development among the E-Banking sales team at the regional Bank to enable them carry out their jobs effectively
- Regularly conduct market research activities to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions

- Hold regular reviews and communication with the sales team to provide analytic Information and solicit feedback on how to effectively improve regional E-Banking performance
- Adhering to and ensuring compliance of all business transactions to the set standards of the Bank and Regulatory Authorities
- Recommending solutions to address Retail customer's electronic banking needs
- Leading the development of training plans for the sales teams on new offerings
- Providing effective leadership to the E-Banking Sales team

- Other ad-hoc activities as may be assigned from time to time by the Division Head of Electronic Banking

Educational Qualification
- Minimum educational level – Bachelor’s Degree in social science or humanities or HND with a Master’s Degree
Candidate Specification
- Minimum requisite experience - 8 - 12 years of working experience in a similar role
- Prior experience in the development or delivery of related Electronic Banking products
- A minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in consumer-facing technology
- Ability to break down complex processes into simple concepts
- Good analytical mind with attention to detail
- Strategic thinker who is self-directed and driven
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and make sound independent decisions
