  • -Job Objective(s): The Front Desk Officer is the face of the organization, providing the first impression of the company to customers and visitors
  • - The Officer is responsible for maintaining a positive atmosphere and promoting a professional work environment
  • -
  • - Greets customers and visitors and assists with needs and inquiries
  • - Manages reservations, bookings, and front office appointments
  • - In charge of all incoming calls for the Bank and internal transfers within the Bank
  • -
  • - Welcome all walk-in visitors, respond to their enquiries and refer them to the appropriate offices
  • -
  • - Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
  • -
  • - Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring the logbook and issuing visitor tags
  • -
  • - Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
  • -
  • - Updates and maintains office records - Visitor Management
  • - Performs other related duties as required Key Performance Indicators
  • - An 80% log book accuracy
  • -
  • - An organised reception area, during office hours
  • -
  • - A less than 10% level of breach of security by visitors
