- A Recruiter is a human resources specialist, responsible for attracting suitable candidates for open job positions and assessing their relevant knowledge and experience
- YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Anticipating future gaps and building a pool of candidates designing and developing job posts, job descriptions, and position requirements Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline Sourcing & Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions in client companies Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
- Completing paperwork for the recruitment process
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices Providing recruitment reports to team managers

-Recruiter Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field The ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Experience with recruitment processes and databases
- The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good decision-making skills
- 2 years of recruiting experience preferred A working knowledge of employment law and legislation
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
