-- Manage project deliverables and lead project reporting - Lead the development and implementation of strategy for project monitoring, evaluation, and learning - Engage clients for deliverables review and management - Work with project team to organize and manage workshops - Develop project theory of change and monitoring and evaluation framework - Develop and lead implementation of project monitoring and evaluation plan - Develop and implement data management strategy - Identify relevant dataset to be collected and their reporting flow - Develop/review electronic data collection tools and SOPs for data collection - Lead development of dashboards for data analysis and visualization on performance of polio transition activities - Track the implementation of planned activities at national and subnational levels - Synthesize analysis findings and disseminate with relevant stakeholders for use in timely decision-making - Draw insights from data analysis to optimize project implementation - Document the best practices in the design and implementation of program - Develop project supervision plan

we are looking for a candidate who fulfill these requirements

-- Minimum of university degree in STEM courses
- Advanced degree and professional certification in relevant fields are added advantage - Minimum of 5 years experience in monitoring and evaluation, experience working with the management consulting space, and a good understanding of the health sector
- - Good understanding of monitoring, evaluation, and learning - Good understanding of system strengthening initiatives - Proficient in use of Microsoft Word and Excel and other analytical tools - Experience in monitoring and evaluation of programs in the health space - Reliable relationship and stakeholder manager, able to deliver outputs in a timely manner - Experience in designing and leading implementation/operational implementation research is an added advantage - Flexibility to travel, work schedule, and assignments
