-Duties & Responsibilities
· Provide excellent customer service

· Greet customers and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude

· Ensure the Front Desk work area is kept clean, tidy and uncluttered at all times

· Attend to customers’ inquiries and assist them in finding their way around the Plaza
-
· Collaborate with the security team in maintaining workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting
badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs on Stallion V Portal
-
· Answering phones in a professional manner, screening and routing calls of customers, staff, clients, vendors
and consultants to the relevant recipient via the Imagicle Blue’s Attendant Enterprise
· Assisting the Customer Experience function with administrative tasks

· Performing ad-hoc administrative duties

· Confirm visits and appointment via the visitors’ portal (Stallion V)

· Effectively manage and receive mails addressed to the Managing Director/CEO
