Description

  • -Duties & Responsibilities · Provide excellent customer service
  • - · Greet customers and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
  • - · Ensure the Front Desk work area is kept clean, tidy and uncluttered at all times
  • - · Attend to customers’ inquiries and assist them in finding their way around the Plaza
  • - · Collaborate with the security team in maintaining workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs on Stallion V Portal
  • - · Answering phones in a professional manner, screening and routing calls of customers, staff, clients, vendors and consultants to the relevant recipient via the Imagicle Blue’s Attendant Enterprise · Assisting the Customer Experience function with administrative tasks
  • - · Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
  • - · Confirm visits and appointment via the visitors’ portal (Stallion V)
  • - · Effectively manage and receive mails addressed to the Managing Director/CEO

Job Requirement

  • -Job Requirements · A good first degree in any discipline (BSC/HND Second class lower and Lower Credit Atleast respectively)
  • - · 1-2 years working experience as a front desk/ switch board operator
