• -OBJECTIVES: The Driver shall play a crucial role in ensuring the safe transportation of personnel, maintaining vehicle quality, and assisting with administrative tasks
• - OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES: o Maintaining a high level of professionalism in driving assigned persons
• - o Maintain high standard quality care of the car / vehicle
• - o To ensure that the vehicle is always in good working condition
• - o To report all damages to the Regional Administrative Officer and the Logistics & Fleet Management Sub-Unit for necessary action o To channel all requests for repairs, maintenance, and fuel through the Regional Administrative Officer and the Logistics & Fleet Management Sub-Unit o To ensure that all keys are safely kept in the key rag
• - o To run project vehicle/s as appointed by the Regional Manager/Logistics & Fleet Management Sub-Unit o To keep daily record of vehicle o To collect weekly itinerary from the Logistics & Fleet Management Sub-Unit o To return all vehicles to office immediately after approved usage
• - o Maintain a logbook: distance covered, fuel purchase, departure, and arrival time
• - o Record service delivery data on CLIC o Collecting, recording and reconciliation of cash on outreach site visits o To operate assigned project vehicles in the line with the company Policy
