-Job Summary:
As the Receptionist/Admin Officer, you will be the first point of contact for Future Pay, providing excellent customer service and administrative support
- Your primary responsibility will be to greet and assist visitors, answer and transfer phone calls, and perform various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations

Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional demeanour

- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable

- Maintain a tidy and organized lobby space

Phone Handling:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally

- Take accurate messages and relay them to the appropriate personnel
-
- Provide information to callers or direct them to the appropriate person or department

Visitor Assistance:
- Assist visitors with inquiries and provide relevant information

- Manage visitor sign-in and security procedures

- Ensure visitors are comfortable while waiting and notify relevant parties of their arrival

Administrative Support:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
-
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars

Communication:
- Communicate effectively with internal staff and external contacts

- Relay messages and information accurately and promptly

Office Supplies and Equipment:
- Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed

- Report any issues with office equipment and coordinate repairs or maintenance

Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, phone calls, and appointments

- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information

Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with colleagues to support various office functions

- Assist other departments as needed and directed

Qualification and Requirements
- A minimum of HND or B
-Sc in any Social Sciences
- Proven experience in a receptionist or admin officer role is desirable

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
