- Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates' sales skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization
- Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract top sales talent
- Utilize marketing techniques to enhance the company's employer brand within the sales community
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales candidates to ensure a steady stream of potential hires
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders
- Partner with sales leaders and hiring managers to understand their team's needs, define job requirements, and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
- Stay informed about industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide insights that support recruitment strategies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
